Before any work begins, you are informed in writing about the proposed work, project scope, deliverables, and applicable charges. You have the opportunity to review those details and understand the charges before agreeing to proceed.
No undisclosed project charges are introduced as though you had already approved them. If work outside the previously agreed scope becomes necessary, we discuss it with you, and any additional charges are communicated and approved in writing before that additional work proceeds.

Website redesigns, maintenance requests, improvements to existing websites, custom development, and projects outside the published package scope may require individual pricing in USD. We assess the actual work and prepare a written quotation.
